Theresa holds the position of Assistant Vice President and National Commercial Title Office in Commonwealth’s Philadelphia National Commercial Services operation. With over 30 years of industry experience in operations, closings and management, she handles single, multi-site, and multi-state commercial transactions nationwide.

Theresa is a licensed title producer in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey. She has been married for 25 year and has two daughters. When not at work, she enjoys traveling with her family and loves music, reading and cooking.
