Charlene serves as National Title Officer for Commonwealth Land Title's Philadelphia National Commercial Services (NCS) operation. She is a licensed title agent and notary public for Pennsylvania. An industry veteran, Charlene’s experience includes operations management, settlement officer, large affiliated residential agent, and title agency owner with an attorney partner. She excels at team building, streamlining processes, electronic workflow and creating paperless operations. Charlene also has experience closing larger residential developments to include acquisition and out sales.
 
Charlene has the designation of CLTP which is affiliated with the Pennsylvania Land Title Association and served on numerous industry related committees over the years; chaired seminars including one for the Association of Title Examiners participating in a mock settlement in collaboration with the Montgomery County BAR association. She earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration 30 years after graduating from high school.Charlene believes that learning is important and enjoys sharing her knowledge with others.
 
Charlene has been in a committed relationship for 20 years; they love to garden and enjoy the fruits of his labors.She is dedicated to the sport of dragon boating as a member of the Philadelphia Flying Phoenix Association, a woman’s club dedicated to good health, physical fitness, camaraderie, and inclusiveness. They compete at all levels nationally and internationally. Charlene also enjoys kayaking with friends and is currently learning to golf with her other half.
