Kevin serves as Vice President and Manager for Commonwealth Land Title’s Philadelphia National Commercial Services (NCS) operation. He comes to us from Stewart Title where he was an operation manager and commercial underwriter for Pennsylvania and New Jersey. During that time, Kevin handled the acquisition of over 100 gas stations and a prominent apartment building in the Philadelphia area. Prior to joining the title industry, he was a senior associate at the law firm Duane Morris in Philadelphia practicing in real estate and consumer finance.

Kevin received his bachelor's degree from Rutgers University and his J.D. from the University of Baltimore School of Law. He lives in Collegeville, Pennsylvania with his wife, two daughters, and two dogs. In his spare time, Kevin restores classic muscle cars and 4x4s.
