ABOUT MONICA

Monica Jindia is Vice President, Business Development for Commonwealth Land Title Insurance Company in the Philadelphia National Commercial Services office.  At Commonwealth Land Title, she provides real estate and title services needed to close single site, multi-site and multi-state real estate transactions nationwide for investors, developers, REITS, corporations, and lenders. Monica is a licensed title producer in New Jersey.
 
Monica is a Trustee of the Urban Land Institute, and a member of the Urban Development/Mixed Use Council. Additionally, she is a member of the Asian American Hotel Owners Association, International Council of Shopping Centers, and Commercial Real Estate Women.  Monica also organizes Women in Real Estate in Philadelphia and serves on the Board for Central Philadelphia Development Corporation, and the Reading Terminal Market Preservation Fund.
 
Urban Land Magazine recognized Monica as a 40 Under 40 winner in 2016.  In 2017, the Philadelphia Business Journal named Monica as a 40 Under 40 honoree.
 
Monica received her B.S. degree from the Smeal College of Business at Penn State University, and her M.S. degree from the Erivan K. Haub School of Business at Saint Joseph’s University.
 
Monica enjoys spending time with her family and friends, working out, reading, and traveling as much as possible with her husband.
