Teresa serves as Assistant Vice President and National Commercial Title Officer for Commonwealth’s Philadelphia National Commercial Services (NCS) operation. Teresa joined Commonwealth in October of 2014 and handles single and multi-site, multi state commercial transactions. She has 25 years’ experience in the industry including owning her own title insurance agency and assisting other agents with conducting business in Pennsylvania.

Teresa is a licensed title producer and notary in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey. She has a Bachelor of Arts and Sciences from Temple University. Teresa enjoys skiing, travelling and reading.
