ABOUT Jeff

Jeff serves as Vice President and Commercial Underwriting Counsel for Commonwealth’s Philadelphia National Commercial Services operation. He joined the Philadelphia NCS in 2014, specializing in underwriting complex commercial title insurance matters and negotiating workable solutions with major business clients, their affiliates and legal counsel teams. Jeff understands no two customers’ needs are the same, which is why his experience in the commercial sector of the title industry matters.

Jeff graduated Magna Cum Laude from Mansfield University in 1993 with a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) and received his Juris Doctor (J.D.) from Temple university in 1996. He serves as a member of the Pennsylvania Land Title Association’s Executive and Legislative Committee.

In Jeff’s free time he enjoys helping coach his son’s baseball and basketball teams as well as fishing, skiing, agriculture, and most other outdoor activities. He also enjoys participating in events for Make a Wish, Pediatric Cancer, Relay for Life, Knights of Columbus, and Special Olympics.
