ABOUT Joy

Joy serves as Assistant Vice President and Commercial Underwriter for Commonwealth’s Philadelphia National Commercial Services (NCS) operation. Joining the NCS in 2021, she provides underwriting and closing support to national title officers. Joining the industry in 1999, Joy’s prior experience includes working as a real estate and litigation paralegal with a heavy concentration on title review and curative, and as an underwriter in the commercial division of another national underwriter. Joy is also a Pennsylvania licensed title producer.
