Tom serves as Assistant Vice President and Underwriting Counsel for the Philadelphia National Commercial Services (NCS) operation. Prior to joining the NCS, he worked three years as a claims counsel for the company handling hundreds of claims. In that role, he was the coordinator of the Summer Clerk Program and co-sports chair of the Fidelity Development Counsel. As an agency underwriting counsel, Tom worked with agents and third parties on large and small commercial and residential transactions. He also presented various webinars and agency seminars.
 
Tom serves on the Legislative and Judicial PLTA and Title Issues and Records committees. He earned his undergraduate degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and his law degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill School of Law. Tom played baseball for UNC-Chapel Hill while in college. He is a volunteer with the Young Men and Woman in Charge Foundation.
 
Tom lives in West Chester, Pennsylvania with his wife and daughter. He enjoys traveling with his family, watching sports, and reading historical non-fiction.
